We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you're not in love with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment unless:
The item is defective, or
There was an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, color, or size received)
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
All returns must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; we do not provide prepaid return labels.
Approved returns are issued as a OMPIOUS e-gift card (USD) that never expires.
Gift card value will be automatically converted at checkout.
Check your inbox, junk, or spam folder for an email from donotreplysupport@ompious.com with your store credit.
Credit is typically issued within 10 business days of your return being scanned at our warehouse.
Credit is based on the price you paid (after discounts/promos).
Items selected in the return portal are credited first.
Any unselected or questionable-condition items will be inspected manually. Additional credit, if applicable, will be issued within 10 business days.
Items with wear, damage, or marked Final Sale may not qualify.

BNPL agreements (Afterpay, Klarna, etc.) continue as normal.
Gift cards cannot be applied to your BNPL balance.
